Returns & Refunds Policy

At ZenityHaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at zenityhaven@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. ZenityHaven is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at zenityhaven@gmail.com and provide your order number, a photo of the defective item, and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for any defective or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
